Rick Ahmann was recommended to us by a friend and we can see why! Rick helped us purchase a home in Helena sight unseen from across the country. He stayed in communication with us from start to finish and made an unconventional home purchase relatively easy. We originally moved to Helena from Wyoming in 2018 for employment. We had no knowledge of Helena area. I googled best real estate agents in Helena and found Ahmann Bros. I first contacted the office and met Amy and Flannery. I found them to be extremely helpful and willing to work with us from out of state. Not only for the house hunt, but information on the community as well. They went out of their way to schedule showings on our schedule as we only had one weekend to see houses on a visit to Helena. After the sell, this group of people, Rick, Flannery and Amy stayed in contact with us and were a great source of community information long after the sell. We recently sold our house in Helena and immediately went back to Ahmann Brothers to list our house. Again, they were great to work with and listed our house on our terms. We received multiple offers in two days. The folks at Ahmann Brothers real estate remained in contact with us throughout the sell and again worked with us all the way through closing. They were available to answer questions anytime including weekends. Rick found time to visit with me during his family events and Flannery was able to visit with us after normal working hours. If we ever are in the market again, I would definitely use Ahmann Bros. real estate.
