Rick helped us with the purchase of a house in Helena. Last spring, Rick assisted our son’s first home purchase. Rick had been recommended by members of the church at which our son works. Our son was very nervous about the overwhelming complexity of offers and mortgage application, inspection and contingencies. Rick patiently guided him through it all and our son is thrilled with his home. We decided to move from Central New York to Montana to be closer to where our son lives. We immediately contacted Rick who provided us with his local knowledge of neighborhoods and construction and expertise with the Helena real estate market. We were purchasing our house unseen from New York, but our trust in Rick made this process easier. He took our son to see the many houses we picked out online and suggested some he felt would fit our requirements and desires. Rick was able to contact local tradesmen to give us estimates of what would be involved in the repairs.
